I have and love my Lasko super fan max but for some reason it seems to only be sucking air from one side instead of both as it had before. Now the side that has the plug ins doesn’t have any suction. I’ve been trying to find what keywords to search to find out why this might be but haven’t had any success. Any ideas?

I have I think the original blue version which ratchets and it is quite easy to clean. On mine I had to remove the rubber feet on one side to access the screws, I am assuming the newer versions the screws are directly accessible and less hidden and it will split in half. There might be some weird attachment with the Control Panel I'm not sure.
once inside it can be wiped out pretty easily and the blades spindle can be unbolted (I believe it's reversed threaded) and I found the best way to clean it is take it outside and hose the blades down give it a good shake and let it dry. Might be worth taking a can of compressed air or something to the opposite side where the motor is to make sure it's getting its proper cooling.
To the manufacturer's credit the instructions just specify to take a bristled vacuum attachment and vacuum all the vents.
I'm looking at buying a another one and wondering what the cord length is on the new ones/the blue one. I really like the 9ft cord on mine most of the time.
