GAME ATTY!! Salamat po sa mga tips! Laking bagay po ng videos niyo po! As a commitment po, for every video that I'll watching po, I'll comment the main take aways for the each one to make sure that i actually listened and di lang po pumasok sa isip ko.
Why we underperform
-we overestimate our capabilities, we believe that law school is like college, but it's not. It's a different beast
-We think we did good in our recitations but are not. A testament that we did not do well would be if the professor did not ask us A LOT of questions.
-Our study time is "Ill-prepared". Studying must be solemn and must have all the attention and intention. High quality is better than quantity.
-Full text is better. It provides an understanding of the case and why it is the case that the professor made us read.
-Give a precise answer. That is the only time that we will be given a good grade. this follows through if we read the full text of the case or if the quality of our study was good.
-Confidence is necessary to execute the knowledge that we have earned.

Laking hinayang ko sa isang subject atty.
Pinasa ko sa midterm ehh, pero bumagsak ako sa finals.. took it for granted kasi 1 unit lang na minor mas nag focus ako sa bar subject. Ayun naging kumpiyansya masyado bumagsak sa finalss
Naipasa ko ang bar subs pero bumagsak ako sa minor na 1 unit.
Nanunuod nalang ako ng mga videos mo po, salamat kahit papaano nakakagaan ng loob.

I'm always experiencing mental block during recitations. :( I don't know if it's because of anxiety or I'm just really nervous po every time I get called by the professor. nag paplano na ko mag quit atty... ung motivation ko sa pag pasok sa lawschool a dahan dahan ng nawawala,,,,,, working student ako sir sabay kakapanganak pa ng asawa ko.. kaya ko naman makipag sabayan sa mga kaklase ko pero feeling ko andaming factors outside lawschool. tatapusin q lang cgru ung first sem tapos lalabas muna ako
