Jill Purce pioneered the international sound healing movement through her rediscovery of ancient vocal techniques, the teaching of overtone chanting, the power of group chant, and the spiritual potential of the voice as a magical instrument for healing and meditation. She pioneered the practice of honouring and healing ancestral traumas with her Healing Family and Ancestor work and her Resonant Family Constellations, and activated the mandala as living practice with her extended Mandala ceremonies.

Dr Rupert Sheldrake, PhD, is a biologist and author best known for his hypothesis of morphic resonance. At Cambridge University he worked in developmental biology as a Fellow of Clare College. He was Principal Plant Physiologist at the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics and From 2005 to 2010 was Director of the Perrott-Warrick project, Cambridge.

I saw the last name Sheldrake and clicked because I’m such a fan of Cosmo’s music, then I bought Merlin’s Entangled Life because of his music. Then I see this! Y’all are all so amazing!

How natural and magical the combination of your studies and creations informed the manifestation of your children.We have most of your books, and are a family of spiritual, psychology, musical, wellbeing, and permaculture interests. You both inspire and give great comfort in equal measure. We discovered Cosmo when he released his superb first EP, though we did not realise the connection for some time but identified and felt the unique quality of his appreciation of nature, his curiosity and work ethic.We came to know of Merlin through music, but his recent work is very facinating, and his book is quite beautiful. Maturity brings ever more interesting ideas to us all ,and resonance is, on all levels, a continued developing channel of interest regarding life force, energy and connection.Thank you . 🙏We look forward to your continued works.

Question to Jill. Thank you for your work. I've heard you speak on an event in your childhood when in a boat, a storm, the chanting of the women in the boat. I remember being in my mother's arms when I was 4yrs old, looking up at the snow covered mountain above us, and being gloriously happy and thinking how beautiful my mother was. Life changed for me shortly after that, I became quiet, unseen, alone, unloved. Sometimes I wonder, if we go through our lives, trying to get back to, or understand, significant childhood events.
In my next life, I hope I have a relationship like this. Lovely wisdom and light shared with our planet.

I am filled with love and gratitude watching and listening to this video. I began reading Rupert’s work in 1990 via an interview in The Sun. I have not stopped since. Over the last few years, as I have learned more and more about Merlin’s and Cosmo’s labors of love, separately and together, I was and remain delighted beyond measure. Until more recently, I had been admittedly less familiar with Jill’s profound and resplendent talents and wisdom. Now I feel like these resonances have formed a spiral that I cannot explain-nor would I want to try. BTW, I still have a videocassette of Rupert conversing with his friends and comrades, Ralph Abraham and Terrence McKenna (their iconoclastic book, Trialogues at the Edge of the West, is among the books on my “Sheldrake bookshelf”), even though I no longer own a VCR on which to play this video because I will not part with it-ever. For nearly 35 years, I have talked about Rupert’s work with everyone I care about. And, now, I can not only introduce people to Merlin’s and Cosmo’s work, I can share my appreciation and love for all four of you. Thank you, Jill and Rupert. I am drawn back to the study and practice of family constellation work as a therapist. I already affirm the spiritual aspect of our being and listening prayer as an effective way to resolve individual issues.

No doubt you are aware of Michael Leven's extraordinary research on morphology and biolectrical signals.
Thank you for this reference to Michael Levin's work, which I'd not heard of but just found an interesting article on it. Altering the electrical gradient across cell membranes would also seem to have some bearing on healing by pulsed microcurrent stimulation (PMS) at varying frequences corresponding to resonant characetristics of target organs, and to pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF) using the same principle to induce current at target depths within the body. Apparently square wave pulses are most effective for this -- but most PEMF consumer devices are hugely underpowered as they ignore the Inverse Square Law. William Pawluk MD has done interesting research in this area, & published a couple of books.
Form seems to be fractal, recursive, bisecting, mirroring and with feedback (or resonance). Look at the Mandelbrot set the patterning comes from quantisation of a unstable chaotic state. Just like what atoms do, they quantise to logical states.

I use the Healing Voice for my infant child at night. I'm a man, so it's a bit deeper and more like a classic "om", but it creates a wonderful atmosphere of peace and puts him to sleep instantly.
