From a blog re interview with Riebe's daughter Jelena- "During the time when police were excavating the family property in hopes of finding Donna Callahan’s remains, Mark Riebe decided to take his wife and children and abruptly move, in the middle of the night, to live with family members in Illinois. Jelena remembers the last-minute move and said that they took two U-Haul’s with them for the trip. She rode with her father in a U-Haul that, to her recollection, contained 6 garbage cans with black bags in them. The children were expressly forbidden to touch or go near the cans. It is unknown, but very suspect, why Mark Riebe would take the time to transport bags of trash with him to Illinois instead of depositing them in Florida."
That would be the remains. I was friends with George Russell before he killed 3 women. They are evil and possessed and shape shift for real into numerous characters. Taking the remains with them would not surprise me. They do whatever they feel they have to with no consideration to their own loved ones or their victims.
The detective was dead on he is gonna try and control the interview. I see what he is doing he thinks doing this interview will get some attention on his case, and now that he is saying he didn't do it. He thinks he has a chance to get out he will not confess to Piers. This man has no remorse and still a dangerous man.
They didn't explain that enough. Why would he call only one victim's father, and not the other families? It makes no sense unless they asked him to call the father, trying to see if he was willing to go that far. They initially would be skeptical of such a confession, they may have wanted him to go further, asked him to confess to a victim's father to convince themselves that he was telling the truth. Otherwise, why would he do it? Why not call more victim's families, why didn't they explain any of this? Why didn't they ask him to explain why he only contacted the father of one victim, why this particular father, was there a special reason to contact this father and not the parents of other victims? Some of these questions seem obvious, but they asked him none of them, didn't even mention their own curiosity regarding these things and some other things.
@@MrMarco855 The father was actively putting himself out there with billboards, photos, the printing on his van etc. Just look at the photos. So his info was readily available, when most victim's families don't put their info out so freely. Simple explanation.

I don't always like Piers and what he has to say, but his probing and collected interviews with these monsters are so top notch. Great job. So restrained, yet so calculating and unravels these people. Good work.
At the very beginning of the story, you mentioned a brother, where is the brother and what happened to him? He claims the first lady was killed by his brother not him so what was the brothers answer to that?
They blamed each other. You're right though, they didn't ask many obvious questions, like why did the guy call one victim's father, but not any of the other victim's parents. If he killed 13 others, why couldn't he prove it by telling them where at least one body was buried? Why didn't they ask him that, and why did the cops believe his original confession regarding the other 13 if he couldn't tell them where they were buried?
He confesses to killing all of these women & has details only the killer would know & then says that he made it all up. That makes absolutely zero sense.
You missed the fact that they can't confirm Mark Riebe did any of the 13 with all those "details" he supposedly gave them. Can't recover the remains of even one victim. Mark Riebe is telling the truth.
This is all part of the interview tactic, and it can be VERY effective. Morgan has been trained in depth on how to deal with specific personality types, and how to place himself in the best position to get the answers he wants. With this type of person he is interviewing, Morgan needs to let this guy know that he isn't intimidated by him and won't be pushed into the corner allowing him to run the show. This is all part of the pre-planning on the psyche of the interviewee. Make no mistake, this is intentional and I can only imagine how different it would have gone if he had the "space" to manipulate the audience like he's always done. Morgan tried to nip that in the bud and it's actually masterful once you study interview tactics, you understand why he's positioned like such. It's an art tbh

I really appreciate Piers Morgan trying to get closure for the families. He's really a good man.
Indeed
I've seen quite a few negative comments about Piers, however not one of them could be as intelligent..just enjoy dragging people down because they are miserable
I'm grateful for these interviews. I unfortunately know what serial killers can do ..
This man may have hearing loss .but that appears to be selective.
Glad he can never be out. He's angry at the 🌎..
The cruelest thing is when they won’t confess and let the loved ones have closure.
It's a power move. They get high off it.
Its because hes a coward. I wonder what happened to him as a kid... not that I care.
From a blog re interview with Riebe's daughter Jelena-
"During the time when police were excavating the family property in hopes of finding Donna Callahan’s remains, Mark Riebe decided to take his wife and children and abruptly move, in the middle of the night, to live with family members in Illinois.
Where did you see his daughter's interview?? I really want to see it.

A psychopathic calls the father of his murdered daughter. May the victims rest peacefully.
Pierce being deserted by a Serial Killer being annoyed with his interview style is priceless 😂
Pierce does seem to show disrespect tho
I am watching this series because I want to see these convicted p.o.s"s lie about their crimes, but it's hard because all I see are two narcissist's,(neither of which has a shred of a conscience, or decency),trying to out talk each other.
Have folks forgotten that Piers was ran out of America a few years ago because people got sick of his constantly bashing our Constitution, and his non-stop spewing an anti-free speech, anti-white, anti-gun, anti-conservative propaganda narrative almost nightly on his show.

Piers Morgan interviewing serial killers. Maybe one day he’ll interview IDF soldiers for what they’re doing in Palestine.
The scary thing is that he seems nice and you wouldn’t think him a serial killer if you met him on the streets and it reinforces how you never know who you are talking to. People are scary.
This guy is full of anger: it’s scary.
I love how pierce just goes ballistic once he has his footage.
Some people are born with no soul. That’s why they can do these things and not think about it again. Rest In Peace beloved missing ones. Blessings Be.
Yes they have a soul. Just negative, low energy.
That categorically describes Piers Morgan. He's got no soul.. "Do you condemn Hamas? "
You can say soul, but it's psycopathy plain and simple. In some sense he's not a human. He's an unfeeling, empty headed animal.
Yes, he has a soul, but no conscience. Everyone has one.

Such a despicable monster ! You can’t believe anything he says imo 😡

Wow Piers is so genuine and strong. Genuinely one of the best interviewers of our time
My condolences to all family members to the victims. Only God knows the justice for the victims. This man terrifies me.
Even if his brother did it He was still there and didn't help her He is just as guilty
They both got a conviction!
At the very beginning of the story, you mentioned a brother, where is the brother and what happened to him? He claims the first lady was killed by his brother not him so what was the brothers answer to that?
I think he was framed, Where is the Brother. Agree with you something is not right with the police actions.
Because this sounds like a crock
@@MrMarco855he’s lying that’s why

I agree i think it's part of the reason this interview didn't go very well.
I agree..the seating arrangement was weird.
Done on purpose to get prisoner upset.
Nah-not really that close.
Piers is the perfect person to conduct these interviews
Depends whether you want the interviewers point of view or the prisoners
Yeah, like any real psychopath Piers Morgan has no remorse. He's a reptile.

Flashy title garners more UA-cam views.
You want them to put the title like " serial killer on the 117th rank with the most victims"

Good for you Piers Morgan. First time I've had respect for a journalist in years. Plz keep your honesty, bravery, and never be bought out.
When he says he loved his ex wives to death, a shiver went up my spine.
The moment he said he has a hearing problem I instantly knew we would be watching a criminal who likes to present himself as a victim
They all do.
As part of my training I attended the FBI National Academy in Quantico, VA in 1986 when I was a lieutenant. One course in our 13 weeks was Interpersonal Violence, all about serial killers, and was absolutely fascinating.
A 13 year old is a teen! Calling a girl a woman is wrong. Pull it together Piers.
I guess a 19 year old female is a girl too 😂
Better yet and more accurate, she IS a CHILD. That is who she IS.
She didn’t stop being a child when this “man” murdered her, nor did any of the others lose who they ARE. I emphasize this because I believe it’s part of the problem! These ARE people! They have families who love them and for whom they still live but yet are missing from their lives because this “man” stole their lives. Tragic in every sense and what justice he does not see here in this earth , at the rate he is going, he will surely see when he departs this realm.

Could you imagine having this guy as your father? 😮😢
Which one
A scary, revolting thought.
Interviewer interrupts far too much. You want to understand, let him talk and actually reveal himself, instead of steering so much.
The interviewer had his agenda that he wanted to push on him and was not interested in what he has to say.
That's how piers morgan always have been. He would cut in whenever convenient to him, will not allow the other party to think 😂
isn't it crazy the interviewer interviewed a serial murderer of 13 people
Yes. We have TWO egos clashing here. Plus Piers has never been a good listener and doesn't ask particularly good questions.
The detective cares so deeply for these women and finding peace for their families. I'm glad he chose his profession despite how much it must weight on him and everyone else that chooses to fight for the victims.
What makes 2 men in the same family become capable of such sickening acts??
Child Abuse.
Genes and environment.
I think Piers Morgan did an excellent job.. confronting him with respect. I appreciate his hard work and relentless obsession to find the truth..
