Your paying primarily for the views and access to the beach.These prices are not going down anytime soon,it's best to get your piece if you can.I know I would make a move if I was trying to get in the market.

$80,000 USD or $12,400,000JAD is the going rate these days. The price of land has increased tremendously. They are beautiful lots with beautiful views. My issue though is not with the price but two things. Water shortage problems have always plagued that area. I am wondering if this has been addressed and secondly, easy access to a city if emergency (the south coast highway is still pending to bypass mandeville and spur tree hill). Good area and relatively safe, but those are my two concerns.

The Lot is expensive, area is plagued from droughts, although tanks are recommended, tank water can harbor parasite, moreover st Elizabeth is lacking development as nothing much going on for young people thus they are widening out to the city. Hospitals is over a hour drive away. Something to think about. I think the developers are targeting expats.
Locals have got themselves to blame for the price hike. Sold their lands to foreigners for next to nothing while the latter do the marketing to fellow foreigners and sell at a premium. Sounds familiar? Let's hope homelessness does not become a thing in TB.Would be very sad.

You guys should consider a separate channel for your real estate interests separate from "the Delpratt family". Your family channel should be family related as your channel name denotes. You have two beautiful boys, focus on content including them. Family trips, the boys school activities etc. Cas you mentioned recently in the Fathers' Day video, that you are working on the boys swimming lessons (which I strongly encourage) things like that. Your family content should be light and fun with the kids. A great example is your New York trip. I enjoyed and anticipated the videos. Especially that I live here in New York, and have vacationed on Martha Vineyard, the neighbor to where you guys were in New England. Please consider my suggestion. Separate your real estate, air B and B content into a separate channel, and the everyday life with you and the kids in the family channel (the Delpratt family). Your weekend barbecues at home, the boys swim lessons, grocery shopping, your everyday life with the boys etcs. I really believe thats the reason you have not gotten 100 subscribers yet. Yes, you just got to 50K. But you are a nice family with 2 cute kids, you just need to focus more on the family and the activities surrounding the family. This is not meant to be a negative criticism. I often wonder to myself why your channel has not exploded, yet you are such a nice little family. I love you guys and just want to see your exponential growth. Think about my suggestion. Ok?
Thought about that before but I think our supporters overall appreciate it the way it is. Outside of that, we don’t want to be boxed into 1 type of content. Content creation is not as easy as it might seem. A lot depends on the real estate content than what meets the eye. We want to remain consistent and not limited. Remember also that we are not full time. We have careers outside of UA-cam. Thank you very much for your suggestion but our “program” as some supports call it bring a lot of value to them hence we went to keep the topics broad. Farming, shopping, family life, travel, current affairs, real estate… all of the above we feel are all apart of a successful life and shouldn’t be put in a box.
@@TheDelprattFamily Cassandra, its evident to me that you are somewhat perturbed at my suggestion. It was not meant to be a criticism, constructive or otherwise. And even if I was constructive criticism it should be ok. People are not going to tell you warm and fuzzy things at all times. I have been a subscriber for quite some time, and if I am recalling correctly, you have both indicated to your subscribers that you are open to suggestions. I dont think it was necessary to expound on whether or not your content brings value to your supporters and all the
other details about what constitutes a successful life. I am aware of what a successful life is. I was not attacking your content, neither am I attacking your family.
All I suggested is that you guy should think about separating the real estate venture from the family, and you clearly took offense, which is so evident in the manner in which you responded. I sincerely wish you and Adrian the best. But please know with putting yourself on this public forum, you should open yourself to suggestions, and perhaps some constructive criticisms. You are not going to always hear the warm and fuzzy things you expect to hear.

I understand what you are saying. That you admire them as a family as well and as a result you thought it would be wonderful for them to show their various experiences as a family. Frankly since family values have been eroded and some people just need to see some positive family values. I get your point....
