Maika and Jim - Wow, this podcast hit the nail on Connectedness for me. It’s my #1 strength and your authenticity and description was spot on. Thanks for being so genuine and real.

11:51 ~ as someone with Connectness in my top 5 this is SO RELATABLE!! Watching someone else have a “connectedness kerflempting” moment is almost surreal in the best of ways. There’s that moment when you become conscious of particularly meaningful connections and it’s like you’re swept up in a wave. It’s cool to see what it looks like on the outside. :) Thank you guys for all the Theme Thursdays, but this one especially.

As I immerse myself in these conversations, exploring my to 5 signature themes, I am amazed at how they all connect. Right now, I notice that connectedness can be paired with Adaptability and Input. Thanks for such insights.

What a beautiful expression of Connectedness, a live demonstration of what it looks like and feels like.
I, myself, and many of my clients sometimes have difficulty explaining our own connectedness to other people. @Maika, thank you for the gift you shared in this podcast.

I have all my Top 5 in the Relationship Theme and I was really feeling this message. When you started crying, well yeah that pretty much sums up Connectedness. It goes deep and it is empowering, saddening, frustrating all at the same time. This description was the best I have heard so far. ❤️

Personal observation, the color code is helpful to categorize various themes in groups, however the color code by itself is difficult for me to 'quickly & easily' identify the domain by itself.
Wishlist from my Maximizer/Ideation/Connectedness, would be that two letters at the beginning of your color code be used to identify the particular domain quickly.
Examples: If = Influencing Theme, RB = Relationship Building Theme, ST = Strategic Thinking Theme, Ex = Executing Theme
Vertical letters at the beginning of the color code would be *extremely helpful to me & possibly Others!
Thank U for your consideration. Clifton Strengths Assessment 🎸s!
