- Welcome to our channel. We have lots to share this week. Our fully finished items include Erica Michael’s berry, two Heartstring Samplery designs and a Jingle Ball design exclusive from Hello from Liz Mathews. We have also finished stitching our snowman 2023 from Primrose Cottage and Marlene has a finished, the first house in her 24 in 2024-a design by Little House Needleworks. We share our progress on our blessing samplers from The Wishing Thorn and two Blackbird Design samplers we are working to finish from last year. Marlene shares progress on her Alpine Garden from Drawn Thread. Carlene has a tiny start on the new SAL from Teresa Kogut’s Patreon group. We are looking forward to Valentine stitching with new haul. And we announce our “New to Me” designer picks for February. Marlene will be stitching a From the Heart by Wendy design and Carlene will be stitching a Lindy Stitches design. Hi ladies, happy January, even though it's almost over. I'm just getting connected again and enjoyed your floss tube while I did some backstitching on one of my pieces. I'm always amazed by the variety of designs you stitch and I often hear about someone new from you that I didn't know about before, thank you for sharing. Thank you for watching us! Marlene and I grew up in North Dakota. We moved to El Paso after college because the school district here was recruiting teachers from Minot at that time. Oh wow. What a small world! Minot is a 2 hour drive from where I live! I've spent many days at wrestling tournaments with my 4 sons in Minot over the years!
Your current projects are so beautiful, ladies, and you've both made tons of progress. I think I'm going to try the 'two threads a day' thing as that seems to be working well for you both. Please don't include me in your share of the Hearts Blocks pattern as I would not stitch that although yours is very beautiful, but I can only stitch so many things and trying not to accumulate things that I wouldn't use - but wanted to leave you a comment anyway as I really love your flosstube. It sounds like you have a lovely trip planned for the end of the month and that is such a lovely way to visit and commemorate your mom. Thank you for another great video.
