Ms.Judy your vlog is so interesting!Marami akong natutunan about cutting of vegetables iba pala ang cuttings here in Japan at ang mga tamang pots.thank u sa mga teaching mo.More power sa vlogs mo!!
Culinary student here. Thank you for sharing your knowledge to us. :) it's helpful and may sense. It's like learning with no pressure kasi may recitation. Lol. Please more culinary lesson pa. :)
Hi Ms. Juday, you can light a candle when cooking, para walang flies. Also, when cooking smelly food (tuyo, danggit etc.) para hindi umamoy sa house, that’s a trick i learned from my mama. ☺️
Learned a lot, Juday! Thanks a lot! Took me a long time watching this because in between subtopics, I went google search for the pots and pans and their prices ha ha ha! I enjoyed this!
Thanks Juday for sharing us your knowledge, i can say you're an expert talaga when it comes to the kitchen. Nag level up kana tlga di lang ang beauty mo pati kaalaman mo sa kusina. God Bless and be safe always.
Best advice for me: read the manual so you know how to take care of your pots and pans. So true, I have ruined several coated pans because I dont know how to take care of them. And I used to do that, putting cold water on a very hot pan to soak it after cooking! Hehe For now, I only use 4 items for cooking: wok, saute pan, small pot for soup and a big pot for nilaga/sinigang. Love love these informative videos. 💕😊
Thank you so much, teacher Judy for sharing with us your knowledge about those pots and pans also the cuts of vegetables. Godbless and more power 💖 looking forward for more lessons with you teacher Judy hehe

Le Creuset pots and pans are the best. They're pricey but so worth it. You could tell the difference sa mga lutong pagkain. Then get Kitchen Aid stand mixer for your baking needs. If you have these, you're all set!
