The food was not included. Around bangkok I used taxi to get where I needed. Once I got to tour guide the transportation was included.

There are 2 passes you can purchase. The 1st is and all inclusive pass. You purchase the number of days you want and you have access to the attractions for that number of days. For this video is did the explorer pass. You purchase the number of attractions you want to visit. You have 60 to use number of attractions bough (from when you first use the pass).
