The teachings were taught peacefully and even if that conversion has happened than still these conversions are blessings for us subcontinent muslims that we have been put on the right path rather than the previous Alhamdullilah that Allah has made us muslims. Envoys from Dubrovnik brought the news that the small free state had added another 500 florins to its tribute ( recently increased to l,ooo florins) in the hope of keeping the sultan in a good humor. On September 20 a truce for three years, negotiated in April by Hungarian envoys, was concluded with John Hunyadi, who was in difficulties due to the intrigues of the imperial nobility and, even more, to the hostile attitude of Emperor Frederick III.
