4:29 correct ans is option 1 bcz nbfc is not regulated by sebi or rbi its registered under companies act and certain categories of nbfc are regulated by other Regulators.. whereas ऑर्गेनाइज्ड मनी मार्केट comes under Ambit of आरबीआई और सेबी

Nbfc is part of unorganized money market..
