Good video. What you are actually talking about is having a passion for comics. I grew up in the 80's and nobody told me to get reprints of 1960s Marvel or 1930s Acton Comics. I did it because I HAD TO. In some cases people gave away free stuff to me because they saw how much I loves comics. You could say the same about current music. Most people (in general including some musicians) treat music as if it McDonald's. Something to consume and pass the time. It's not really valued. Most people are just not passionate about music otherwise shows like America/Britains got Talent just wouldn't exist. There are always people who love real music and search for it. I know because I see 15 year olds wearing Anthrax t-shirts who tell me they love the band and they weren't even born when the music was originally released. You also have some kids who will listen to Beethoven or Miles Davis. They do ot because they have to because have a passion for music.
