@@pallenda That's fine. It depends on your depth in a particular language. The brain automatically switches over. No translation required. All that matters then is how well read you are in that language.
They are more comfortable in English compositions in which they are more proficient although they will speak in Spanish given a choice.
As a trilingual like many urban educated Indians, I am more comfortable in writing in English than my mother tongue, Bengali. Simply because I am using English more often with lot more exposure in terms of depth.

We just ARE, and thats good...

I just found this band a week ago and I've watched this video 20 times. I've seen ozzy, shinedown, korn live and these ladies rock as hard! I can't wait to see them live down the road.
Man... this is my favourite The Warning song... it just hits the rhythm really quick and heavy... and then the vocals are on point!
Reminded me of a Slayer song (as a guitarist)...but I won't say what it is.

Pau gave a masterclass in metal / hard rock drumming. Everything doesn't need to be running at 100 kmph to prove you are great. It is the arrangement of drum patterns consisting of slower buildups mixed with high BPM fills & double kicks that make you special.

Pau is undoubtedly a great drummer. I love her work.
As a mere bass player and sound engineer, I was grunting and rubbing my knuckles on the floor trying to express what you just said. And her kick has a staggering feel for a couple of bars that catches me. I found The Warning through Pau and she continues to amaze me.

I am an insignificantly insignificant ex-bassist. I have always been fascinated by multitasking ability of a drummer. Hence my interest in drums. I'm no expert by any stretch of imagination. Always wished I could play the kit. I am mesmerized by Pau everytime.
How tight was Ale with Pau though!!! Unbelievable talents on the rhythm section.
@@MrSudeepdas I am a sound engineer for buildings, previously (and still part-time) a live sound engineer and previously (and still part-time) a bass player. I'm fascinated by the technology changes that allow new ways to accomplish things in mixing. Lalo Plaza is a great sound engineer. From a previous post, I think you are in India? If so, I hope that The Warning will play near you sometime soon and that you can get there to hear them. The live sound is crazy. Huge dynamic range. They play at about 110dBA or more, which is very loud, and the bottom end of the bass and drums is louder.
@@rexwave4624 I am an architect. I used to play bass in college a long time back in late 80s. In architecture we were taught acoustics as part of services required for a building. My fascination for pro audio started from there. Great to know that you are into audio engineering.
I don't think The Warning will ever come to India. There is a probability of them turning up in Japan, S. Korea, Singapore, Malaysia. I'll try for Singapore / Kuala Lumpur if that happens in the future.
I have watched Roger Waters from about 20 feet away in a private concert for Dubai Creek & Golf Club in 2002. I was in Dubai for 15 years before relocating back to my hometown Kolkata in 2010. During my stay there I went to quite a few concerts including Waters twice & Knopfler once. However that private concert from Waters still remains fresh in terms of clarity of sound. Better than a CD - absolute studio quality.
110 dBA is extremely loud. Phew!!! And what I understand from various posts Ale's bass & Pau's kick drum & floor toms are a visceral experience as the lower frequencies thud into your system.

For me, QOTMS and Evolve tied for #1. Being an ancient guy who has heard a ton of music live (yes, I was there at Led Zeppelin), these ladies, regardless of number of band members, are going to end up regarded as some of the best ever.
I love the drums on the song. One of the best songs that showcases Pau's chops and feel. And of course Dany delivers a fierce vocal, as always.

Wow TW es una banda que produce canciones muy originales, pero lo que mas sorprende es que hacen un trabajo colectivo impresionante como pocas bandas de tres integrantes sobre todo, pero al mismo tiempo se expresan claramente de forma individual sin exageraciones. Hay haters que quieren criticarlas de forma individual por que no tocan patrones complejos de sus instrumentos, pero seguramente son tipos que son fanáticos un rock/metal mas extremo o complejo, pero que para mi no es necesario llegar a extremos, para considerarlas como genias en la composición y armonías.
Esta canción tiene 4 cambios de tempo y 3 modulaciones.
Es más dificil hacer algo interesante con pocos elementos que con muchos.

It's illegal for tw fans not being too obsessed with this song. I wish they have the official music video for this one.
I hope they bring in a few tracks with some metal edge in their next album as well. Evolve and Disciple were great tracks, but something about the main guitar riff and kick pattern during the later choruses in this song give it some extra punch. I also bet Dany is back to being a lot cleaner on playing the solo now that she's gotten a year of getting the feel for that guitar. It has to be difficult to keep your hand placement correct when you're trying to rock out and engage with the crowd, but every song your frets are in slightly different places due to the constant guitar changes (and then when you add a recently acquired gift guitar to the rotation, it's bound to be even harder).
