I can never get over the fact that he’s walking around the restaurants handing out money telling people to tip well, and he still gets sour faced members of staff wanting to kick him out for recording.
Now imagine this. One of the people in the restaurant complain to the manager that someone was filming them. The manager finds out who was on duty that day and fires the guy. The staff have rules to follow, and no amount of "comments on UA-cam" will get them their job back if they lose it. So don't blame staff for just doing what they're told.
Who would be worried about getting fired at chili's? I get that's his job but if I was the owner I'd love them to film. Hand everyone $100 may make them spend more there

Just because they actually might call their friends and tell them to come thinking they can eat for free. It may save someone a little disappointment and of course no one will say you mislead them. I mean yeah it seems trivial but misconceptions might be made when you say "management" is giving back etc.
