Hi Faith. I have three questions for you. 1. Did you speak/understand the Russian language when you started your studies? 2. Is the preparatory program you are taking at the moment sufficient enough to equip one with the required Russian language skills to enable one to study a bachelors/masters/phd program 100% in Russian? 3. Does your university offer a masters degree program in Chemical Engineering?
@@Cleopatrafaith Hi. Can't you just tell me the answer to the first 2 questions? I'm in the process of searching for Russian universities and I really need to know if a person without any knowledge of the Russian language can go through a 1-year foundational course and then pursue a degree that is fully taught in the Russian language. Making me wait for a video is kind of harsh. You can ignore the 3rd question; I got the answer to that question via your school's website.
Hey so for me the time I was coming here I knew abit of some Russian so it was not that had to understand the basics that I was doing in my preparatory faculty, I start my Russian classes back home and having little knowledge on Russian language really helps in the sense you won’t be so lost we when you come here the first thing you’ll do his learn Russian language only for 3-4 months then after that you have additional subjects that are required in your course which are also taught in Russian , just make sure you ask where you don’t understand when you start your classes
It is sufficient enough to help you understand little of what your course requires so to make things simple for you doing your 1st year if study you need to put more work in learning Russian language so that it’s easier to understand
Hello great video.I have a couple of questions though 1. How much money do you need to help with your needs in a month or semester 2. How much do you pay for the hostels 3. How many co curricular activities are there that are recognized and arranged for occasionally
@Cleopatrafaith хорошо well i noticed they is a distance between new campus and the new one doesn't that make you wake up too early and also be late for classes
Hi... Im from zambia, and i have some questions in mind. Are you under helsb scholarship and is the environment in russia friendly considering the language barrier?
Heyy, no I’m not under HELSB scholarships. And when it comes to language barrier it’s real and abit hard to fit in cause a few people speak English and some of them their English isn’t that good.
Enjoy Zambian food before coming and pack a lot of African food and products 😂😭, and when you arrive be friendly and try talking to people in Russian to practice
@Cleopatrafaith ill definitely do that😂😂. Would have asked for your contact information because I'm also going to study economics and it would be great if I had someone to guide me🥲🫠
I saw on the university website that you need to do a medical check-up before you can get into the dormitory. My question is, what medical examination do i need to do ?
Yes when you arrive you’ll be asked to go do medicals at the university’s clinic the address will be given or they’ll be people ready to help you. You go for x-ray scan then you also get some injections then you’ll be given a medical card that you’ll use to get your medical results
hi iam rupak from bangladesh. i want to admit myself in your univarsity in prepatory course i want to know your univarsity prepatory course fee + accomodation cost for 1 year . and how much for masters also plz tell me
Hello, I’m not really sure how much is school or tuition fees here but I’ll ask the administration and I’ll get back to you but accommodations here where I live it 3500 rubles per month which should be like 35$ I think then you multiply that with 12 months
