To make it come out fast? It's kinda a timing thing, you gotta click your lethal/tactical buttons at the same time and then like immediately after you wanna melee a couple of times and it should do it, just gotta rewatch that part back to see the timing homie :)

If you are below 250 like if you are in Iri but you Derank you will still get those rewards but if you derank from 250 you don’t get 250 rewards
