Marks blast on Coat of Arms is really out there! How he brings it in with the roll is a mind fuck. It's the psych side if these dudes in all that heaviness that makes this so incredible!
I like it a lot also... seems almost a ballad but somehow only about strange things like childhood lost, war, the past... a real gem.
Electric Wizard, Craft and Darkthrone in one cup of coffee ? Best coffee ever !
I love Ramsess and Electric Wizard! But I hate Craft, Darkthrone and Black Metal in General! They don't sound like Doom, Stoner and Sludge. But I Still Respect Him, Greetings!
"Before the Jackals" shall be played at my funeral...
that would be one bodacious funeral, can I come?
@@TheJimmys11 indeed you can! ;)
This album is fucking great.
This and The Tomb are GREAT FUCKING ALBUMS. Post Wizard rythm section and surprisingly dark riffs. Some of the darkest horror energy riffs written! Coat of Arms is a Deep track. Whole album and whole discography really but this album is ferocious! Respect due to Wizard and everything that came from that bands members!
Well I changed my mind this is deffinately their best album
Grew on ya, huh?
I'm just minutes into my first listening, & I was surprised by the fast tempo.
Yup, I'm liking this.
Its the only one I've actually heard, and not fully.
From what I've listened so far, the first few tracks are amazing, but as you go on onto the other tracks, they get worse, its like just random terrible sounds that damage my hearing.
Before the Jackals is probably one of the heaviest seething tracks I've heard!
sooooo baked right now.this shit is perfection.
Yeah, I liked "With the Dead" and of course "... the Wizard" but Ramesses are my favorite. Such a band...
Gostei muito,loved it,alot!!
Saluti dall 'Italia.....HAIL DI'AUL 😈🧙♀️🐐
Awesome Stuff
coat of arms is the soundtrack to dr. jekyl and mr hyde, london night terror
like that
If this is the band that I think it is out of St. Louis I used to work with the rhythm guitarist over 25 years ago his name was Bill really loved the guy and hope he is well... Does anyone know if this is the band out of St. Louis MO ...?
They were from Dorset, England.
It makes me think things. Please stop making me think things.
very wise.
In my opinion this is deffinately not their best album but it's ok
stoner/doom/sludge, but nothing of death here
the fucking deep guttural vocals?
I fuckin hate the term "stoner" when applied to any form of music.
@@N2Uhtive cause you dont get/understand the stoner vibes. It doesnt have to mean that if they dont add a flute to the track that it doesn't recognize it self as middle-eastern/indian/arabic(for the sake of the argument and making a point)
@@magistermilitum1206, I get the stoner vibes. It's not a question of what is or isn't "stoner vibes"... The term is a stupid, pigeon-holing term and nothing more. There is a lot of music that I like that has that label thrown onto it, but the label is fucking ridiculous... Even for someone like me who's spent much of his time getting stoned. The label is DUMB.
@@N2Uhtive Im not even a stoner but i think thats why someone like me would refer to it smaa stoner, because its kinda chill, for us, atleast some parts. I just label all of em doom metal since looking into what genre a band is or why their other album is not the same what genre is it is dumb af and you just go its death doom punk etc and you dont go any deeper because your had starts hurting
