Creating a similar vocal effect to 'Bury a Friend' by Billie Eilish

Check out how to create a similar vocal effect to the one used on Billie Eilish's vocals in her worldwide hit 'Bury a Friend'. Here I am replicating the vocal effects mostly using Izotope's Vocal Synth 2 plugin and Soundtoys Little Alterboy
I have created this effect using Logic Pro X and recorded the dry vocal using a Neumann U87 Microphone and a Universal Audio Apollo Quad, using an API Vision Channel strip insert

Hello Audrey, one thing I'm not able to do in VocalSynth is exclude the main signal in MIDI mode, and have just the processed "choir" triggered by the keyboard.
Some MIDI mode presets feature the original signal, some other don't, and I cannot figure out where's the difference. Thanks!

Hey Aubrey, I see you send the tracks in an aux bus, can you tell us what's the processing ? Maybe a comp to "glue" that 2 ?
