A nallali (날라리) is more equivalent to like a harmless delinquent, misfit, rebel type person (typically on the younger side, like teenager to early-mid 20's), usually more focused on partying and playing with their friends, etc., instead of studying or working hard, and just kind of does whatever they want. "LALALI" is not a real Korean word, just rhyming wordplay for this song.
I love how Mingyu, Vernon and S.Coups are all watching seriously and intently, and then you have Wonwoo who's vibing whilst watching.

During one of their concerts, Hoshi made a little mistake in one of his ment speeches, and when the members teased him, he said something like, "Sorry, but today is my first time living, too", and it really struck Woozi and inspired this song. 🥰💗💙
