And so since there is a very short time to change in between songs, while she goes backstage to change, someone else "imitates" her til the end of the song. Thats why you can hear the backup vocals more and the "imitator" shows less of her face and distracts by dancing furthur(?) back of the stage. At least thats my hypothesis.
