    have you made the fibreglass moulds for some of or all of the suit.. & r you going to make some moulds from cheaper materials ?

      Hi Nigel. The molds will be silicone using mother molds from plaster or fibreglass. We've not made any yet though.

    the moulds for the t rex in Jurassic park were all fibreglass moulds. apparently the more complex shapes where undercuts are a problem are solved by making more than say 2 mould parts using this moulding material, Ed 209 lower legs were a 3 part mould - 2 side moulds & a front facier where you have the awkward front cuff. but can you tell me approximately how much the cost of silicon to mould a R. cop thigh? Australian dollars or £ sterling? might be. what kind of metallic paint is already on the thighs? you are demonstrating
