City of Phoenix: Fastest Amrep N3

Catch one of Phoenix's fastest drivers (previously featured in a refurbished Rapid Rail) in his regular truck: one of three Amrep N3s refurbished onto an older diesel Pete 320. Can't express how satisfying it is to see such a quick driver / truck in silver / purple instead of the typical Scorpion you'd expect.
