    I haven’t squatted for about 6 months from a meniscus tear and I was able to squat immediately after wrapping a band around my knee. This is legit

    Hey, great stuff. I am 82 years old & didn't really have any problems with my knees until recently started to get pain from doing deep squats daily, Saw your demo on here so bought some of these bands. Today is 3rd time using them as shown here & for a while after doing 20 full squats the pain is kinda anesthetized & the knees go all hot. Doesn't last but maybe if I keep doing this it will. Cheers.😀

    Thanks for posting this video. I've had 2 surgeries on my knee and I still have pain and major stiffness. As a matter of fact after my last MRI, my doctor told me that my knee is so bad that it looks like I've been playing in the NFL for the last 10 years and of course I haven't. In addition to that my right knee just feels weak even though I work out 5 days a week. I'm going to order these bands now.

    I just used my floss bands LITERALLY 5 minutes ago.
    It’s unbelievable how fast the pain went away. It really does seem like some kind of voodoo!

      @@apersonofficial it lasts quite a while. I used the bands to warm up before some pickup bball. I could feel a little patella pain, the kind that I knew would be way worse if I played a lot.
      But I used the bands, and then played for a couple of hours straight without any pain at all.
      I could feel it again the next morning though.

    I also have tendonitis in my right knee. I flossed regularly for 4-5 months and my knee started feeling great and my vmo started firing again. Then I stopped, tried to jump too high once a couple of months later, and brought the pain back. Now I'm going back to flossing my knee regularly, and I'll probably never give it up again regardless of how my knee is feeling or how strong it gets.

    God bless you guys and gals for bringing so much relief and hope to people with these knee issues.
    Every time I’ve ever gone into a Dr. To address my knee pain the first thing they start talking about is knee replacement (I’m 57, 6’5). Of course starting with cortisone injections to see if that works.
    You have given me hope to stay away from that!

    Love what your doing man. I get a lot of knee pain, inflexibility, noise and grizzle, after having ruptured two ACL’s in my left knee, over ten years ago now. Obvious question but I’m guessing this would be a great thing to do, for me, at any time of the day. Thanks for everything you do!

    Ive recently started flossing after basketball and my knees feel great and flexible after. A few mins of flossing feels the same, if not better, than icing my knees which i used to do every time before.

    I have small knee pain while doing reverse nordics but it goes away after my first set. Does flossing warm up my knees to prepare for a workout?

    Hi again, I've been doing this for 2 weeks now & can't say it's made any difference. I could manage 20 ATG slant board squats without the bands before trying with a bit of pain in the knees. When I use the bands as directed on here it does give more support so squats feel different, maybe stiffer but more positive kind of feeling. However as far as making the knees improve, not so much.

    How often do you floss your knees. I struggle with knee tendinitis. Do you do before or after a workout? How many sets or reps?

      seems like he is implying b4 workout 1 set of 20 squats and some pulses - however if you want to get out of your knee pain i'd suggest the spanish squat 5-6 sets of 45 seconds 5x a week for a solid 2 weeks

    Hi, does this method promote healing of the knee if you suffer knee pain - like shooter’s knee or something similar? Or does it provide temporary relief so you can get through a workout? Like an anti-inflammatory? I tweaked my knee about 4 to 6 weeks ago & having a hard time getting through any workout or activity that requires jumping (shooting a basketball, jumping rope, etc) …

      It's promotes healing you can use it on other parts of the body for same effect. With the rush of blood once you unwrap its actually also connecting muscle tissues which will promote healing

    Going by all the other videos I have watched on flossing, you didn't put any stretch into the bands as you passed them over the top of the leg. As per the other videos I have watched, you should put a 50% stretch into the band.

      By wrapping the floss tight around the knee and doing full ROM you’re restricting blood… the magic is when you take them off, blood, nutrients and synovial fluid flood the knee…

      I'll hypothesize that the compression stabilizes and slightly elongates the joint. Moving it stimulates synovial fluid, then removing the band allows blood flow to flush out the joint...
