Actually, JD dies from its effect after getting booked of moon. It's now an unknown card so it's counted as "other" cards on field and gets destroyed by its effect.
At this time it was ruled otherwise. Not sure if that's changed.

You do. Celestia mills for cost so the destruction is the last thing to happen. As long as Dupe is destroyed at CL1 (and the destruction is the last thing to occur) it will trigger.

I like em. They last a while and I can easily use the ultra pro perfect fits under em.
