- A more appropriate title would be ABBA songs that mention and acknowledge the working-class (which is something I absolutely love about them btw), but I wanted to keep my original thumbnail so yeah. Anyways, this is a compilation of songs that mention jobs and or just work that working-class people would do. Not a Rock'N'Roll star or a singer in the making, nothing overly specialty, just your average people. Let me know if I missed anything. :)
There are many references to people who work and make a living because ABBA represented the masses, they represented the everyday people … because before they became famous in music they and their parents were doing every day jobs as well
So humble, so down-to-earth, so nice and at the same time som talented!
I am almost 70 years old and "grew up" with them. Lived at Lidingö/Stockholm at the beginning of the 1970, and often, they where to be seen in a grocery shop or in the forest, at the streets, etc. Always nice, smiling and polite. This was before their brakethrought internationally, but still, they were well known in Sweden at that time.
I saw a documentary one time and they talked about how incredibly wonderful they were to work with. Thank you for sharing! 💖

@johnearle1 👌 There was a video a couple of days ago, where she was wearing lavender. She looked sensational in that color!
@@that70sgirl90 I saw that. Up here in the winter, there’s a 10 minute period just after dawn when the sky is lavender. It makes for amazing winter scenes. The snow on the trees looks like a snow cone.
