In 1987 Miles Davis, in Italy for work, accidentally heard a young Italian singer-songwriter, Adelmo Fornaciari aka Zucchero, on the radio; He immediately fell in love with the song he heard and decided to contact the artist to record a new version of Dune Mosse. Made in 1989, two years before Davis' death, the collaboration between Zucchero and Davis was only released in 2004 on the album "Zu & Co".

Anyways, the lyrics are a bit cryptic even for a italian, it's very poetic and he wrote it when he was divorcing with his first wife, a very sad but beautiful song.
