me, very free to play, doing... fine on 4.5k trophies, bois in my clan complaning about getting level gated from arenas meanwhile i'm on 13 with enough levels to go to 15

There are so many things being added like gears and some new star powers, but none of the f2p players or new players get to experience these bcs you have to pay like 100 dollars (prob/maybe more) to max a brawler and get all of these gear options; and the funny thing is that while you have the option to equip gears, you can't even do it bcs they are so expensive to get. I just want Brawl Stars to add a new perk that new players and f2p players can get that will spice up low ladder gameplay. I have 19k trophies and I don't have one brawler that has a star power; yet I still match up against fully maxed out brawlers like I even stand a chance. The same might stand with Clash Royale, but I mostly play Brawl Stars, so I can't speak for itself.
are you literally high? it does not take 100 dollars to max a brawler, max it takes around 12. Also, if you have a brain and are like decent at the game, you can join a good club with like legendary+ ranking and farm the club coins, it takes around 36 club league matches to max a brawler assuming the brawler is already at power 5
true but clash royale has magic items, which makes it more fun because you can pick and choose more on what to lvl up, in brawl stars its rng boxes or the only good way to progress now, club league.
imagine playing royal recruits + level 14 mirror + clone + rage with your only counter at swarm card is tornado and the rest of the cards are fire spirit, witch, and bats in a normal match once it reaches double elixir
