Morocco : No mass shootings, no mass stabbings, No terrorism, No tornadoes , No massive natural disasters, No civil wars, No political violence, No massive famine like many other countries, No super expensive cost of living, No dangerous animals and insects like everywhere, No severe killer diseases, No dangerous chemicals like in the US/ Europe and especially China, No horrible traffic, No dead malls , No huge pot holes all over like in America and many other countries, no communism , No forced government orders. Even other Arab countries are not as awesome as Morocco. Morocco is amazing !!

I am Moroccain from Texas. I am sorry but if you told me that you moved from America to Morocco I will assume that you have your residency, You can still go get yor Moroccain green card and switch back to your name. That happnes even in America you cannot own a car if you are not a resident. Enjoy you life in Morocco it's a beautiful country.

just an information. Dacia is an / or use to be a Romanian car, wich now belong to Renault.
That's the case in US too, and everywhere in the world. You need to be a legal resident to own a property or vehicles...etc.

It's great to know everything is going well and you're enjoying Morocco. Having been away from Morocco for a while, I'm not current with the prices, but the rent seems steep for what it offers. If I were in your position, I'd consider shopping around; you might find something just as good for half the price. While most rentals come unfurnished, furnishing them is straightforward, with many shops offering custom-made furniture like sofas, beds, dressers, and more. It doesn't make sense to spend half your rent on furniture and some bills.

That is true but in many other Arab/ Muslim countries you do not see that. Morocco is an exception. I was in many countries in the Middle East and North Africa and by far Morocco is the most amazing country with the most amazing people

Yes in morocco we don’t use cheddar at all. Usually just Edam cheese or mozarella 😅

Have you met any Brits over there? There are some Brits who moved to live over there.
If I was you I would purchase local soaps as a body wash. They have the best body wash and argan oil for hair/body. That way you don’t need to purchase something with so many chemicals in it. I would buy local organic.

Insurance in Morocco is cheaper than US/Canada for sure, but the services are no way near the US/Canada, I've had claims in Morocco with my Car and it was just an absolute nightmare to deal with them, and I had claims in Canada and it was a totally different story.
Morocco as a country/ people are GREAT, but customer service is like day and night difference between both countries.
(that's sending emails, talking over the phone to Customer service, or returning something )
there are exceptions to the rule in both countries too.

In Morocco it's fairly common to find used cars being sold not by the actual owner but a person responsible for selling it. These people are called in Moroccan -Samsara- and most of the cars they sell are not in their ownership but they get a paper from the owner stating that they would like for the Samsar to sell their car.

Erin, regarding the Cheddar cheese, it's not as (famous Brand or Kind) in America, but you can go ahead & buy it at the Counter or Show case where they keep & display Cold Cuts, I am sure positive they have it in Loaf or big Chunks & they can slice it for you & as you wish.

I rented and drove a Dacia all around Morocco for $20/day, all the way to Merzouga sand dunes. It’s a cheap car but for the price, absolutely no complains to have. It’s a sub-branch of Renault.very reliable cars. They are not made to drive fast but you can definitely count on it for all situations, including… off-roading!

If you are a student you need a special authorisation from your university or college to buy a car that Moroccan man who did that for you is so kind by the way you look great it's like you lost weight over Ramadan ❤❤❤

Regarding the car ownership as soon u get ur residency they will put the car on ur name it was just a misunderstanding or miscommunication you will not be conned in the kingdom of Morocco 🇲🇦❤️ and yes the insurance is very cheap compare to America or Europe 😊 loving ur videos 👍🏽

For the cheese you can buy one random cheese of which you like the bag, and then whenever you get cheddar dump it all in the bag you bought. Until you find some bagged cheddar.
There is a cheese counter in Marjane. You can ask them to grate a piece of cheddar and put it in a bag. Usually tastes better than the packaged ones.
In Europe the brands Dove and Nivea only cost half the price.
Marjane's house brand and the Casino brand are produced in Europe and usually have a good quality like the expensive brands, But they only cost half as much.
The Kraken V2 is a good headphone for music & gaming, u just need to be gentle with the volume switch that’s the only negative point those headphone have
