Does this work for back and neck pain?

Regarding the hamstring stretch....how does this differ from say putting a yoga strap on your foot and lying down on your back, pulling your foot toward your head? If you keep your arms up, and put the strap on the toe, wouldn't you get the same effect? The only difference I see is that it activates your core a bit more when sitting.

Hi! I have spondylolisthesis plus fusion surgery on L4-L5-S1. Is it safe to decompress the spine when having this kind of surgery? Thank you in advance!

As long as you don't do them on the ones that are fused.

How much is this myofascial and not just neural? i mean your putting the nerve chain under load as much as the facsia. Has there been any differentiation sutdies done on this and does it even matter? Love the content as always and i will be playing with more Eldoa.

My thoughts exactly. Just gives me crazy amounts of neural tension.

Well said. Effectively, only the nerves can transmit the information. But, nerves are also entrapped in connective tissues. That said, I think it's fair to admit that the connective tissue will induce in specific directions, sensory feedback from the nerves who are in relation with it. Holding the position will eventually offers less tensions on the receptors, and releasing the muscular protective contraction in relation to the nerves and the connective tissues will occurs.

When you hear him say to one of the best trainers in the world: "Ok, we have a little bit of an awareness problem" 😂😂😂, shoot, I'm scared to try this myself! 🤣

Doesn't work without neurological input from the nervous system hierarchy, but you don't even understand what i'm speaking of. I took the founders courses, Guy voyer in the early 2000's , it didn't fully work then and won't work now, good luck gentlemen with these my facial stretches and the eldoas.

When Ive done my Eldoa course , this one of the hardest stretches I ever done, I was calling DA BITCH. I thought you weren't meant to shift away from the lower knee. I thought one of the main points were to add a lateral shift of the pelvis to bring the hip level as you tuck creating deep hip extension, basically for him on this video he would have to try to seat deeper into his right sitting bone, rather than shifting forward away from his lower knee? I Like to know what Bryce think of that... thanks...

It's nice to think you could give this to the the general public to do, but the honest truth is unless you're a skilled trainer and already in good shape, you don't have a chance to do this yourself. It's not gonna happen. It's a nice thought tho.
