Lag Jaa Gale - Late Mangeshkar (Hindi Song Piano Cover) - Late Tribute dedicated to Nanu

A few weeks ago, my grandfather, Nanu, passed away due to COVID-19. He was a proud Indian army war veteran, a refugee during the Partition post-colonization, and a Kashmiri Hindu who lost his home due to terrorist riots in the 90s. He was due for his 2nd shot and was very eager to attend my graduation. I hope I made him and my Dadi proud.
I chose to cover “Lag Jaa Gale” by the late Mangeshkar, as the meaning and lyrics are beautiful - it sings about embracing your loved ones as you may never see them again in this life.
Also, I strongly urge people to learn more about the COVID-19 crisis in India and please donate! Almost every Indian family I know is currently dealing with at least one severe case and/or a loss.
