This is NOT a SPORT!!! Its a SPORT S...a SPORT has manual locks & windows...you need to learn your product a little better. (And Yes...both the Sport & Sport S say Sport on the bed.) Go online and you can see the differences yourself. Sport has a different dash, radio and no power locks/windows. A Sport S gets power locks & windows and a gauge cluster like the Overland & Rubicon trim's.
GearheadJoe No lol. There are enough suckers here that pay full price for their Jeep just because they really want one. Dealerships can’t keep them on their lots.
Do some research on the forums, plenty go places will do 5-7% below invoice (roughly 11-13% below msrp) on either something on the lot or if you’re going to spend over $40,000 then custom order it and get a Jeep built especially for you.
I just bought mine yesterday... $43,759 without taxes titles and tags ($3955) so $47,700 and got it down to $40,500 with taxes includes out the door and got free mats and stuff. I got everything I wanted. Was at the dealership 5 hours negotiating going back and forth. Now is the time.
Not really a budget Gladiator, more of a mid range. It seems to have the Max tow option by the 2 piece fenders which is huge and the power window pack which is a $3200.00 option, as well as Auto transmission another 2k option. A budget Gladiator would be a manual without power pack and regular tow hitch without the 4.10.
This what most people should be happy. I had a 2012 sport s two door JK and I love that jeep, but it was really basic compare to the new ones. I really would like buy a jeep again and 40k and under is what I can afford. Good thing I dont mind not having leather, sound, painted roof and those extra safety items. Wish the interior had more color like the rubicon, but its way better than my previous all black plastic jk. Only option I would like to add but is not possible is LEDs since the halogen on the wrangler are one of the worst lights.
This is true this is the Sport S model. The base sport does not have power windows, has black steel wheels, and comes standard with the 6 speed and a soft top.
Not bad looking but damn a prop rod for the hood at least it look sturdy now if you can do a side by side vid with the Tacoma that would be great. Good vid Ben
All I want is a base work truck Gladiator, No infotainment, no wizbang monitor in the instrument cluster, I don't want back up cameras or cameras in the dash and I want stock steel wheels with a tow package. Jeep tell's me they can't not put all that stuff in a special order lol ugh.
If it is true that the window switches can't be on the doors because the doors come off, how is it the remote mirror and door lock switches are still on the doors and not also centrally mounted?
Its a characteristic that has to do with the way the the front suspension is set up for offroading. (solid front axle instead of independent front axles). They leave it solid in the front like this to maintain it's rock crawling ability unlike other modern SUVs/trucks. Hence why the gladiator and Wrangler are the best modern offroading SUVs/trucks.
I guess I'm one of the oddballs that likes the black fender flares. I appreciate how they match the black hard top.
I'm with you, never liked body color bumper fender band tops.
I agree as well. Black fenders and top contrast the.paint and looks good
Yeah the way you filmed it is more realistic to actual driving so I would keep doing it.

The tach on the Sport has the same round feature in the center as the speedometer.
The Sport S has a C-shape,like the tach in the higher trim levels.
Absolutely keep the drive portion like this video. Great job!
Michael Rachal thank you and that seems to be the general consensus
Hard finding one that hasn't been marked up by dealership $10-$20k! Wtf
What happed to the crazy low lease deals for like 150 to 200 per month
.anyone actually score.one..

@@mattdovi2255 What model?
My favorite Jeep vehicle! Nice review Ben.

If you could talk just a tad bit faster you could get a job on those commercials where they give all the disclaimers of a product in 3 seconds.
Yoo that’s messed up😂🤣🤣🤣
That one has max towing which should be pointed out. Has a 7k towing capacity.
That ding at 7:51 has the be the start stop system malfunction 😂

Im getting me one of these baby’s asap as my next ride I want the 2020 model sport S
The front end is NOT identical to the JL, sorry. Similar, but not identical.
Luke Edward 🤷♂️
Heads up, this is the Sport S, not standard Sport.
Myles Gilbert It’s a Sport
Rich Creager no it's not. base sport has manual windows. this is a sport s

Jesus Baez thank you and might be hard to do with competing dealers 😂
@@BenHardyCars if anybody can pull it off you can Ben. Looking forward to the next video
I have a soft spot for Jeep Wranglers especially the Gladiator, you should ask James if you can review his Aventador, maybe he lets you.
JJTheGamer I would rather review his gladiator when it’s done 😂
Ben Hardy 👍🏻 😂
Don't be a wuss. You didn't even get it over 3800k RPM...Chrysler throttles the Wrangler/Gladiator 3.6 V6 at 80% power until 5.5k RPM.
You need more ads, three ads in 11 minutes is just not near enough. Please interrupt your video more. Smh
I get a kick out of people bitching about GM interior's being dated and then slobber all over themselves about a vehicle with a 70 yr old body style.😒
Price?

They want to milk all the money out of you its ridiculous.
I don't see what's your review or compassion etc...just you driving on a empty gas tank.
Rear slider is manual

The new view from camera well driving is well done.
Jeffrey David do you prefer that?
Like visual!so it works for me. Very informative ty
Rear window is not powered but overall good vid
moo man this is what happens when I’m in a hurry🤦♂️
I'm confused! Does the gladiator sport have roll up windows?
He did say it was a fully spec’d sport but yeah I did see the base base does come with roll up windows
Great overview of the new Jeep.🌻
I just got my Jeep Gladiator sport for 57k it's pretty expensive but worth it
A sport for 57k lol the highest they go in just the sport package is in the very mid 40’s.
@@HP.Customs if you live in California you'll understand. I also own a 2018 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk and got it for 42k
EliasSreyes I agree. Here in Montana the sport s goes for $35k and the Renegade trailhawk goes for maybe $27k.
@@germanquinonez7661 you could get a gladiator Rubicon cheaper than that
@@bryanmiller5692 not if u live in California lol
Um..how the eff much????
Way over priced
Is this the sport or sport s?
Jesus Perez sport S with tow package .... regular sport has roll up windows and very basic ...
liking the POV camera !
Sami 👍🏻👍🏻
Muy bueno
You didn't tell the price
What of joke
Look it up
How much extra does dealers charge to get a bed liner done? Would it be cheaper outside of the dealer?
Nothing usually around $400
Ben Hardy thanks ben!
So cheaply made, yet ridiculously overpriced. I really want one, but I cannot push myself to make such a terrible financial decision
Is that little window on the back electric?
I'm renting one now. It is not.
That little slot is for your key not your phone
But it fits my iPhone plus perfect
Never mentioned the sticker price...
I've been subscribe since the strade man jeep video👍.
Quwan Powell woo!👍🏻
I was also the one who subscribed after watching James video
Fazeel Qureshi 🤯

Every video I've watched everyone mentions the loose steering. If that's the case why dosen't jeep fix it?

John Jones thank you!
Priceeee??
Harold Castillo this one was about 44k I believe
@@BenHardyCars thank you!! nice job!!
I just test drove one today..The steering is loose and feels terrible..It wanders around..A disappointing deal breaker.
