Wow! I'm a beginner that's "played" for years! Just found the channel! Ayla, is fantastic to learn from! I got down the A minor Pentatonic scale from another one of her videos, in minutes! Now I practice with intent! Thanks, Ayla!
You can tell that she loves the guitar and music in general. I love the passion. Great job both of you guys. U both seem like really nice people. He is passionate as well. So great
I am thrilled to have found this channel. Ayla is obviously a music prodigy, yet a completely genuine, nice, human being. I've learned a lot in just a few days. The guys are also very good. Maybe it's just the Canadian affect. : )
I love your articulation in explanation : "You can use your thumb, or you can use your non-thumb..." (I've been waiting for you to do something with that poor Gretsch Double Jet that's been waiting patiently on the corner stand behind the couch. (I always notice them because one day I was perusing a local guitar store when a G5222 Walnut fell hopelessly in love with me and followed me home!) Merry New Year!
Found Ayla by chance recently after thinking of starting the guitar again (tried pre Internet and didn't go well..!!!) but with Apps etc I thought I'd try again for some fun....only problem now is getting a guitar that's in stock 😁 Should be soon so thanks for the enthusiastic videos 👍👍🥳
Great Lesson with the both of you playing a classic AC/DC tune -- looks like it was a fun video to shoot. I think almost everyone has learned some AC/DC at some point or another and definitely a fun one to play.
Your video inspired me. I am a beginner, but I think I can mange both the rhythm and lead. I ordered a looper on Amazon, and this tune is perfect for learning how to use a looper. Thank you very much.
Gr8 fun lesson Guy's & a Happy new year to you when it comes . Keef Richards famously said you can't go into a Music shop & ask for a Lead Guitar you play both parts on the same guitar . .. But I am not so sure that is true any more there is more specialisation .. of Course Jimmy Page Recorded almost all of the 1st two albums with a Telecaster & only used Les Pauls on stage because his Telecasters were too precious . To take out on the road . Anyway . Big love to all Musos's of all ages & whether you are just starting out or have been playing for many years .. Enjoy the journey . I always find myself inspired by these Guitareo lessons .. & I always learn something Keep on Keeping on . Thanks & cheers
yesss - this is cooking from dense Rock'n'Roll Energy!! 👍👏🤘 definitely need to learn both and will use this amazing vid for that. Great that you took the proper Guitars and also that you have dialed in a great ACDC Sound imo!!
I come from cello and gravitate more towards playing melody and lead but I also enjoy playing rhythm and when you play alone to accompany singing the percussive side is all important. Great guitarist do both I think. Thanks for your excellent video
You are the BEST !!! 🎸 Guitar teacher 👏👏👏🏆🏆 Now let's try this on for size🤔 how can we play all the chords !! Yep!! All of them..in all the KEYS !! Up / Down the fret board ??? 😱🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Just found you.. What a smile girl!! Just a plinkity plunker here, but you give me hope.. Will get some petals, turn the Princeton way up n rock, Thank You
Answering the question which part I prefer playing. I’d say I prefer whatever Ayla is playing 😊. Seriously, I just love Ayla. She is so genuine, passionate and of course talented. Kent is great too. Wonderful channel. Guitarists probably play rhythm 90% of the time. But who can resist rockin a lead part whenever possible. Love the channel!!!
WOW! You guys are amazing ❣️ Thank you so much for sharing. If learning music was like this when I was young I would definitely have made a career out if it.
great video! I learned this song 5 years ago, both parts. I tend to lean towards malcoms rhythm part. I can easily play the lead to this, but, I love power chords. You should teach some boston tunes.
A lot of other guitarists are playing this riff around frets7 and 8 using b and g strings. The live version shows the same thing are you sure it starts on fret 12.
First, thank you Ayla. I find you to be interesting and certainly a great wealth of knowledge. I tried a looper pedal but for some reason I never could get the timing perfect in order to use it. That being said, I struggle with a balance in playing rhythm and "lead" guitar in reference to a multi guitar part song. What I mean to say is that I play alone 90% of the time. I like to play many things that may require multiple guitars or even a different instrument. I try to blend the elements of all of them to get the feel of the song as closely as possible but on one instrument. Maybe you could do a video that addresses this. How to replicate the sound and feel of a song but solo. Thank you, Kevin
Kev, look up the BPM speed of the piece? 98bpm? 112bpm? Whatever the tempo, you can dial it in with your looper precisely? 🤘Didyabringyabongalong Station, Central QLD, Australia.🎸
I like the vids you Give to beginners .. I bet they understand and learn from it. You are right about Angus pics the notes and no hammer on and pull offs. I dig. How you used same guitars sg and gretch. Only thing didn't care for was your amps. And never use reverb. They plug straight. Into a pair if Marshal jcm series no effects no pedals . Malcolm plays completely clean most Of the time and Angus uses the distortion that's. Built into the amp. And that's how they get their sound. Ps. One of you have a bad ground or a bad chord. Think a bad ground.
Pretty sure Angus Young doesn’t need any help not hitting strings he doesn’t intend to. That and live he has his picking hand in the air often while his fretting hand is clearly doing hammer ons and pull offs.
I sound reasonably good playing rhythm, but that Malcolm Young thing that Ayla was nailing always confused the shit out of me, as to what he was doing. I might have a better shot at getting it, now.

Hi just stumbled upon your channel great stuff. Where abouts in Canada are you? Hopefully your close to where I am we could jam maybe?
Malcolm Young was the master of rhythm guitar. Great lessons guys.
Wow!
I'm a beginner that's "played" for years! Just found the channel! Ayla, is fantastic to learn from! I got down the A minor Pentatonic scale from another one of her videos, in minutes! Now I practice with intent! Thanks, Ayla!
Me too it's awesome
This is awesome! Thanks for sharing.

He is passionate as well. So great
She’s so awesome this girl. Interesting to listen to. Talented AF and intelligent.
Ayla you are divine....the joy and warmth you bring is contagious.
I don’t know what it is with Ayla, but her way of being and talking is so satisfying. Am I making sense?
I am thrilled to have found this channel. Ayla is obviously a music prodigy, yet a completely genuine, nice, human being. I've learned a lot in just a few days. The guys are also very good. Maybe it's just the Canadian affect. : )
Listen to her Led Zeppelin cover of. Oh I can't remember the song off hand. But she nails it. Awesome
I love your articulation in explanation : "You can use your thumb, or you can use your non-thumb..." Merry New Year!
Glad you like it! We'll pass the message on to Ayla
Love seeing both of you together in a video!
you are a good teacher you are not boring to fallow for a professional guitar player
Sensacional. Me gusta mucho el estilo natural y entusiasta de Ayla. Se nota que disfruta enseñar y transmitir sus conocimientos. ¡Sigan así!
This is my favorite guitar channel, possibly my favorite channel in general on youtube haha.
Very Cool Lesson. Thankyou So much. R.I.P. Malcolm
Nice to see you two together. Great stuff.
More videos like this please. Great for looping practice.
Great Lesson with the both of you playing a classic AC/DC tune -- looks like it was a fun video to shoot. I think almost everyone has learned some AC/DC at some point or another and definitely a fun one to play.
I love everything these two people do they keep me learning and having fun
Your video inspired me. I am a beginner, but I think I can mange both the rhythm and lead. I ordered a looper on Amazon, and this tune is perfect for learning how to use a looper. Thank you very much.
Good idea. I also have a looper that I just recently purchased but I haven't really used it yet. But I want to

I think "Keef" had it right. However, no matter what type of guitar you play, both rhythm and lead are important to know.
His les paul was as precioys if not more precious and valuable than his telecaster!
Fentastic job 👍
yesss - this is cooking from dense Rock'n'Roll Energy!! 👍👏🤘
definitely need to learn both and will use this amazing vid for that.
Great that you took the proper Guitars and also that you have dialed in a great ACDC Sound imo!!
great little lesson
excellent sound, the guitar manages to provide a beautiful melody, but on the lead acoustic guitar and Rhythm together it is phenomenal
Beautiful people Happy New Year
You two are sneaky... like fast cars, that don't look fast! Thanks for a great video lesson!
Love Ayla and her goofball moments, please keep all her mistakes in they are Gold and so funny!!
I come from cello and gravitate more towards playing melody and lead but I also enjoy playing rhythm and when you play alone to accompany singing the percussive side is all important. Great guitarist do both I think. Thanks for your excellent video
Pure rock&roll gold
"non-thumb fingers" love it haha
Now this I enjoyed :) :) thankyou . If there somewhere I can download the tab part to print please. Thanks again and this is so much fun :)
truely smashimg ! - well done guys .....
She is great, great mal c breakdown
Awesome...I've been hammering on/off for a long time and playing it wrong.
Siri’s New Voice!!!👍🤘🏼👏
I'd like to see more of these lead and rhythm videos. Excellent!
Sounded great guys!
excellent dual lessons
I’d love to take lessons from Ayla, she is an awesome teacher.
thanks for the video i enjoy it much🎸🏴☠️🗽😊
Happy New Year 😁
You are the BEST !!! 🎸 Guitar teacher 👏👏👏🏆🏆 Now let's try this on for size🤔 how can we play all the chords !! Yep!! All of them..in all the KEYS !! Up / Down the fret board ??? 😱🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
No rhythm no song ...no lead but Just rhythm still makes a song
Imma groove dude
Quick question for Ayla.....are you muting the low E string with your middle finger for the rhythm riff you're showing us at 5:20?
Great video, BTW!
Just found you.. What a smile girl!! Just a plinkity plunker here, but you give me hope.. Will get some petals, turn the Princeton way up n rock, Thank You
Might as well start a band called guitardrumpiansingeo and have this 2 as the guitarists lol
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
i like that idea that was fun and hilarious
Haha! This isn't a terrible idea
Cool stuff 👍
Happy new year 🎉🎉🎉

It's really impressive both of u.
Happy new year.
Another fab video - Happy New Year Ayla!! God bless you x
Angus does that slide she was talking about
Great Video!
P.S. Happy new Year! ....and please stop that water from spilling out of the Gibson! :-P
great video! I learned this song 5 years ago, both parts. I tend to lean towards malcoms rhythm part. I can easily play the lead to this, but, I love power chords. You should teach some boston tunes.
I’m a Rhythm guitarist and proud we may not do much but you’ll miss us if we’re not there
Could you do a lead Vs rhythm for some god forbid songs,. Mostly to the fallen heroes and chains of humanity.
A lot of other guitarists are playing this riff around frets7 and 8 using b and g strings. The live version shows the same thing are you sure it starts on fret 12.
Someone tell TheDooo about this video

Happy New Year guys. I'm learning guitar this year I give myself 4 years to become a professional. Wish me luck. I'm a subscriber!
Could you do a general rhythm v lead vid? Good vid btw
I like the vids you Give to beginners .. I bet they understand and learn from it. You are right about Angus pics the notes and no hammer on and pull offs. I dig. ❤❤
Terrific video! I’m an adult beginner. How long should I practice per day? #🤔
Angus is sliding on the E power chord. You can see him do it when he plays live
I never thought I'd find Silverstein's Josh Bradford lessoning alongside with Ayla. Lol
love that words feel free to comment
NICE!! Correct the partitour!! At malcolm's theme
keep it rolling next time add a cymbals or drum set it will be fun while i sing it out loud 😉
thank you very much!!!
R.I.P Malcolm
be careful with the word struck but ill go for the megaphone 😂😂😂
Ayla, love your lessons as always
Not so much the new guy tho
Maybe provide some constructive criticism then?
doesnt matter...both parts are rhythm...
Pretty sure Angus Young doesn’t need any help not hitting strings he doesn’t intend to. That and live he has his picking hand in the air often while his fretting hand is clearly doing hammer ons and pull offs.
DAM, I have that palm tree shirt. I feel old.
Why do you have to have either or?
Just mute the strings around the one you’re playing the lead line on. Makes it easier, and sounds the same
Nice job but the Thunder Mal riff needs some work and not a good tab to go by.
What's model number for your Guitar miss
Lol - if a one-string guitar is good enough for Angus, it's good enough for me ... less time swearing when trying to restring!
Can you play lead and rhythm one one guitar? I want to know how.
Idk if you meant for this song specifically or in general. But you can play rhythm and lead at the same time. Look up tommy Emmanuel for inspiration
Everybody loves Ayla, we like you too Kent. But ya know......
you can always tell its gonna be a good vid when the UA-cam thumbnail vid pic has people with their mouths hanging open.....
Intro is played with legato
I prefer lead guitar 🎸
Angus never taped down his strings. That's a untrue rumor. Angus is so good he. Could play that with his teeth and not bump the other strings.
It does not start like that any one who plays a lot knows that. Copy rights I guess . It is not hard to play at all really!
I thought the left one is the lead guitar and the right one is the rhythm guitar by the look of them
you must exercise on e litle bit
God I know this sounds creepy but I have to compliment the girls smile. My god she's so pretty
It's called a pedal when you keep returning to a note in a motif.
Lookout for me because I'm next up
a menina vive no 0.25
I sound reasonably good playing rhythm, but that Malcolm Young thing that Ayla was nailing always confused the shit out of me, as to what he was doing. I might have a better shot at getting it, now.
Tapping instead of strumming the string sounds better...
Maybe it's for beginners
