Thanks for showing this. We lived it here in NEPA. An old timer told me years ago to let round hay bales set out side for a week to cure. I guess ours got smoke cured like a ham. Lol
Brough here by the algorithm, I have yet to see that house on the hill/views from different vantage points due to all that smoke; I hope that PA no longer has as much smoke due to the rainfall that came this past weekend. Subscribed, and I hope your cold clears up soon!
We started getting the smoke here in VA this week (started around 6/27) I thought it was fog. No smell just a haze. We were really dry here all winter and until a week ago. Last week it was like flicking a switch, we got about 6" of rain through out the week and now we are getting thunderstorms as the humidity is 100%. Luckily I got my first cutting done just before the weather changed.

It was like that a couple days ago here in Michigan. We finally got a little rain today but not enough.
We have had several days of smoke here in Western Tennessee as well.
Thanks for showing it, we could do with rain here in the east of Ireland too!

I feel you with the drought glad it rained last night atleast, it did for me hopefully you got some
That’s impressive/slight scary. We don’t tend to get smoke like that in Yorkshire, England 😬. Hope you feel better soon 👍
Wednesday I was in Baltimore picking up corn at Sparrows Point and I couldn't even see the Key bridge 1 1/2 miles away.
We were getting that smoke here in eastern Iowa.
Out here in western Washington we see that every summer !
And very sorry for the smoke we are fighting them as hard as we can!
Not quite that bad in swpa
In ohio it was hazy lol!!!
