- The 2 Stroke gasoling engines are equipped a lot on the gas scooters. If you are not an expert on the engine, sometimes, you will have problem on engine starting, idle speed etc. The video tells you how to settle normal problem you have on the 2 stroke gas engine.

What mixed percent is it? Is it 32:1 40:1 or 50:1? I got this engine from my uncle and don't know the fuel ratio

Engine cannot be started, first clean the fuel pipe, then check the carburator.

@@factoryprc nothing but stuff for the new style 49cc is like to find a big bore kit but not having much luck have you seen anyone use the kits from the big two stroke scooters to add on this style

Can anyone tell me if all scooters have a "CDI" I have a 43cc Chinese stand up scooter
First day I was riding on my brand new scooter was running well for few km on the rail trail... when I stop at intersection road and start to take off but the scooter won't take off ( move )... the engine was loud when I rev it up... Doesn't go anywhere. I couldn't find any faulty. scratching my head???? what's wrong??? Need your help please.
How is the fuel supply?
its not the fuel faulty... its like when you hit the rev and the vehicle not moving!

I have the same engine.Put a new carp with air filter.it turns on but when i open the choke it stalls.i have to hit the gas to make sure it doesnt turn off.When im running it does run but when i let go of the gas it turns off.why is this happening
Check the oil supply tube, maybe it is blocked.
I’ve got a tng scooter that will not stay running I put a new carb and still will not stay running any ideas
Check the fuel pipe, make sure the pipe is clean.

any advise.my scooter no longer gets fuel to the carburetor.the little push bulb doesn't fill up with fuel when I push it.i have checked all pipes and they are all clean and fuel runs through both of them.any advice?

These engines don't have reed valves.
I have the same scooter. While I have the choke off, I start the engine and after the engine starts it moves the choke on, lol so funny. Why is it doing that, also for awhile the pull Start is stuff hard to pull out. Please explain what's going on
The choke is probably loose and u might need new pull start

@@tanyahorncastle3197 u should be able to pull start it if it’s new pull start just pull it fast cuz ur motor might have good compression that’s normal and with the choke it’s probably loose or something ur intake screws might need to be tightened the screws that hold the carburetor in
I brought a brand new 49cc engine how do i get it started i put everything together the puller starter won't engage it only comes out a little bit how to unlock the motor
Where did you get the engine? It is hard to judge your problem. Did you check the oil supply, and also the spark plug in good condition?

HI I need to get my 49cc scoother going it runs fine and if I lift them tire up it go's go but when I get on it it boogs way down and shuts down and I have to re start it
Some times it will come out of it and take off and it go's good bUT 1s I slow down to a stop or all most a stop it cuts out

OK so I think I found them problem there black plastic that they carb sits on has a small crak with that be my problem of it die
Did you check the fuel supply? Maybe you can clean the fuel supplying pipe.
You need to tune the carb settings I had the same problem gotta play with the air/gas mix screw and idle screw till it starts and runs \idles right

What if it sounds like it wants to start and it won’t start . I already tried mixing the gas with the 2 cycle and new spark plug still won’t turn on idk what to do :( please help is it something else ?
How about the spark plug, and if oil supply tube is clean.

@@factoryprc the fuel lines are cleaned and spark is good just won’t start I cleaned the carburetor just now the engine felt really good so I don’t think it’s engine I recently have been riding it until on day it just ran out of gas and didn’t wanna start again when I put gas in it . I’m so mad upset right now thanks for your reply bro
@@OBARRVAGOS In this case, mayble the cilinder or piston was hurt.
Adjust it, make more rich, turn it to the right and pump light bulk one more, then do a quick short pull on your start pull. Give the motor time to start. Be patient 🙏

how do i change the oil? and what kind of oil do i use and how much of it do i put in?
There is cap on the engine body, just take it out, and fill normal motorcycle engine oil in it. About the oil level, please check the oil gauge. There are size requests on the gauge. Thanks. :-)

JAM- I -AM 2 strokes have no engine oil. That's why you have to mix oil in with the fuel
@@keylay9453 Which is exactly why I question mademoto's credibility here...they keep talking about oil that isn't mixed in with the gas...
