I want to do more DaVinci Resolve & Premiere Pro tutorials... What sorts of things do you want to know how to do?

Alex, how would something like this work on Davinci Resolve? Specially if you have the extreme pro iso and record using iso mode, which creates a project on DA?

@@DissertationAcademy good question, in this instance you wouldn’t use Panel… but would just use LucidLink as normal. So you would upload your ISO folder with the project & media to your LucidLink file space. The remote editor can then access everything remotely :)

@@AlexPettitt Thanks. I was wondering if it was that simple. Cos it is usually never that simple...

@AlexPettitt great video on Lucid. Can you point us in the right direction for the AWS virtual machine for PP? I have a need and would like to see how the licensing is handled. Maybe a future video for you to do? Keep up the good work!!!

I started watching this video the other day, when suddenly my internet went down. Which sometimes happens here in the german countryside, since we dont all have fibrechannel.
    This brings up some question.
What happens to working with Lucidlink in that case?
I suppose it wont work anymore except for clips that already have been successfully pinned, right?
Second question, when I finish projects for a major german tv-corporation, they always need the collected and reduced projectd and media-files for their archives, including like 25-50 frames handles.
    How would that work?
Would Premiere/Aftereffects download only those used sections of media?
    Cheers. 🖖🏽🍀

I'm using LucidLink panel and am on a project but I don't see any sequence in the LucidLink panel, only information on the file space, capacity and cache info. Why is that?
I'm almost done with my project and it's been working very well but have had an issue with sending a clip off to After effects for some motion tracking etc. and I believe I need access to the original footage and not the proxies. Is that what pinning is for?
