I’m not 100% on this, but I can clearly see the brand is Tresemeé. It may be some sort of heat protective spray, considering she is about to use heat on her hair. I hope this helps! :)

it depends on your hair type but for the most part 3-4 days, on the last day i do an updo with it usually and that's very nice too :)
