Still the best dj/mc combo in the game from way back. When the sound is clear and crisp like this, you can really appreciate how good DET is. He spits when he needs to and lets Brockie have his time as well. This is a great set. The OG's still showing how its done. Just a positive vibe set, no negative battle lyrics. How DnB/Jungle was and should be.

@@tomollerton6149 well since dnb came from jungle, a lot of the older guys still consider dnb as an extension of jungle rather than a separate genre, even though they arguably are. dj hype is another one, i think he said 'it's all just jungle'

MC DET!!... an original jungle MC. He is def one of the best MC's of all time.
He's a legend!! His shows on Kool FM were the most eagerly awaited and he consistently mashed up the raves. Can you remember how he sounded in 1992/1993? Det has adapted from the days as Hardcore MC. Not many could keep up with the change in pitch and the pace.

RIP Hyper D he was truly one of the greats. Glad I got to see him live. We have tons of Hyper D and Det pirate radio sets from the golden era. Pirate radio was big part our lives growing up.
