Chi Sao Larp on Fuk Sao

June 2023. My student Francesca is preparing to face her exam. In the video we are performing a "Chi Sao" technique which is usually done with a partner. Another way to perform Chi Sao is with the Wooden dummy when we don't have the opportunity to train with a partner. Using this tool will help us improve our Wing Chun technique.
