sorry man, your microphone SUX. i'm guessing all sound was from the one clipped on your shirt? almost every time you pulled the trigger - while suppressed, even - the mic clipped out REAL bad.... it was like it was half muting itself. it's real unfortunate for this kind of video.
So, I noticed you very briefly touched on back pressure/gas-to-face aspect of this can, and as a fellow lefty, I was trying to see what your thoughts were on that. However, you didn't actually address that, and I'm still curious on that. I have a TBT TG36C, that I'm looking for a suppressor to mount on, but to put a can on it, I was instructed has to be very low back-pressure. But also as a lefty shooter, the less gas/powder I'm eating, the better.
So rad! I have two B&T TP9 suppressors and have one of their new MP5 SD RBS-M (modular reduced back pressure internally suppressed MP5 suppressor) on backorder for when it launches hopefully end of this month or beginning of august
B&T is a amazing company, but there Marketing sucks ass I can’t find any info on there Shotgun suppressor, the only info you can see is a Shot show 20 second clip 😅
Tonight on 1911 Syndicate: B&T makes alot of quiet tubes, Crispy uses something besides a camera and skateboard, and Jake's Camara skills are as good as his interpersonal commination skills...... low.....
I’d really like to see you guys cover the Stealth Arms “Platypus”. It’s a 9mm 1911 that takes Glock 17 magazines. I really like the concept, it seems like exactly what a lot of people have been looking for.
@@JayWatkin Well that is great. A few years ago, I put SF warcomps on all my rifles thinking I would be getting that line of silencers. Looking forward to a more low back pressure can that still works with the muzzle devices I paid for.
Sweet 8 inches dude! Love the video and yet again another "Banger" video! Nothing new there, literally my favorite channel on youtube. Ok enough of that, I'll get off your 8"s now lol.
I got hosed last year when I bought two .30 RBs cans. They were cinder blocks at the end of my rifles and the biggest waist of time and money. Considering I own a lot of B&T gear, this was extremely disappointing
Thanks for the video on these. My initial thought was “sick, I bet it’ll be a great contender, love the competition… wait, it’s an 8” 5.56 can??? Yea nah” lol any news on the compact model? Also what mag are you running at 15:57? Sick SR15 man
Flash is important even for civilians. The whole point of suppressors is signature reduction. Especially for a 5.56 rifle where sound signature can only get so good given the velocity of the round. That’s why all the new titanium cans for ar’s imo it’s stupid af 😂 they cost 1k+ and they spark like a mf. Congrats you just blew your load on a can that immediately gives away your position at night and is borderline unusable under nods if you ever chose to get into night vision
It's kinda frustrating that between the launch of the SRBS line and mine shipping(because of delays due to the event in Switzerland), They pushed out a better version of it
You could knock at least an inch and bit of weight off that by using a “Plan B” type mount system. Or if you were going to dedicate it to one gun a JMAC X-37 even.
B&T suppressors are awesome. I have their Rotex X-SF and it is wonderfully quiet, although it has a decent amount of backpressure, which is to be expected with that model. I might have to pick up one of these SRBS suppressors and see how they compare to the Rotex!
“Actual review…” huh. So other than B&T sending you the can, how many $$$ was exchanged for your review between you and your Leviathan Tribe representation?? All of you Leviathan youtubers need to start being 100% honest with your subscribers regarding your so called content creation.
One sort of draw back to the HUB mounting system is that it makes measuring length for a build, and figuring out the weight of a build with a suppressor a lot harder to figure. You have to take into account the weight and additional length of the mounting system. For instance when I purchased one of my suppressors they reported the length as 6.6". Except that was not including the included mount. So it was actually over 7.5" long. My other suppressor I added a Gate-Lok HUB adapter and it increased the weight and length quite a bit. I'm not complaining because what you get is absolutely worth it, but it's something to take into account when you're putting together a build especially if weight or overall length are something your concerned with.
@@BigNorm4Life What HUB adapter did you get that cost $350. I got the Griffin Armament Gate-Lok from Centerfire Reserve for $200 and I thought that was expensive. That was the cheapest place I found it. MSRP is $219.00
@@Richardjohnson6969 That's what I assumed until I heard him say this 25:23 Also, how they marked this can's weight is all funky. The offical site says 13.4oz with optional DM, and 18.3oz with Rotex-SF, but the spec below it says 18.4oz. SS listed the same Inconel version as 17.3oz??? While the Ti version on B&T site is 7oz with DM, 11.9oz with Rotex-SF, but spec listed 12.8oz. SS listed the same Ti version as 7.8oz no mount and 9.9oz DM. The B&T guy on TFB interview said it is 7oz naked and 9oz DM. It is the worst I have ever seen on specs!🤯 Each version has only two numbers: a naked weight and weight w/ the mount they come with. They said it in so many different ways with all different numbers😥
@@1911syndicate Hold on... you're saying the SS version SRBS has different baffles than regular smooth shell SRBS?! Aside from the direct mount. The only differences were the texture and slightly different flash hider design... at least I thought What do the different/improved baffles do? What else is different?
@@Richardjohnson6969 I do see that the flash hider is much better supported and chamfered on the SS version, whereas the normal SBRS only has individual rings. Each layer now has six supports, just like how RC3 has that big bulge ring in front to prevent the front from getting bashed in; this is much cooler. The outer vent ring is now very narrow, and the center cone may have a slightly bigger angle. Also, it appears to me that the outer shell is slightly thicker, almost as if the texture is added later, and the little rice grain patterns are closer to the original thickness. Those are just some of my observations. So, the SS version may actually be a tad heavier than the normal SBRS.🤔
