When we installed DLP agent on endpoint , it shows the device is sync with FSM console but after sometime it shows that the device is not synched. To sync the endpoint again with the FSM , we need to click on the update option on endpoint console and after few minutes it again synched. Why is this happend? How to resolve this?

Check sync time configured in FSM server for agent, as per the time interval this status is updated and agent communicate automatically with FSM.
