Brian, your timing is impeccable as always. Very powerful and relevant lessons for this moment. Lately, I've really been focusing on the lessons mentioned in this channelling, and it strengthens my heart to hear them spoken. Let us face these catalysts with compassion and stability and fully feel into them, while staying positive and truthful in our lives. It's hard to keep on living normally after witnessing such suffering, but it is important for us who are not going through such immense physical pain to keep living in the best and most conscious ways we know how. Not backing away from what's happening, but giving ourselves space to process it, and to stay as a positive source of love, light and positivity for ourselves and those around us, despite what's happening. We feel it, in our collective human consciousness, and these are such intense emotions brought up by the most uncomfortable and horrible images and videos one could imagine. But in the suffering of these martyrs, our own petty issues and superfluous struggles are completely re-framed. I have rarely been as grateful for my own life and all of the basic little things we usually take for granted as I am now. It's that gratitude for my comfortable, safe, and abundant life that keeps me going and gives me the strength to uplift the voices crying for help, listen to their stories, witness their pain, pray for them, and to speak out against injustice.
