Palau: International Day 2019 History Legend Presentation & Cultural Dance

International Day at Palau Mission Academy is a celebration of culture of many countries represented by our diverse students. It's a great opportunity to not only appreciate the other cultures, arts, and music, but also to learn about them. I was a part of team China this year, and over the last few years I've been able to learn about the cultures of Palau, Japan and Korea as a part of their teams.
Students will sign up to lead a team for a country, then other students will sign up to help with each team. The first part of the presentation is the classrooms, each redesigned to represent the culture of a country, and in the evening, we have the show. Community members and relatives of the students show up to enjoy the presentation, and we always have a great deal of fun. I miss it!
