- St. George’s College is an all-boys boarding school located in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand, India. The College is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations Board. The College is an all-boys residential and non-residential institution. The students are known as Manorites.
St. George’s is proud to acknowledge the countless students who have passed through its hallowed gates and proved successful in the national and international arena covering a broad spectrum from Politics to Armed Forces, Civil Services, Business, Industry to Theatre, Films, Education, Sports and Medicine. In so doing, the alumni have brought honour to themselves and their Alma Mater.
Nostalgic! I walked through those hallowed halls 1960-1964. Best years of my childhood! Mr and Mrs Wood, Bro Gannon, Bro Buckley, Bro Masterson, Ma'am Caston, to name a few, who impacted my life like no other!
Is there a Whats App group or Facebook page for the Alumni?
Glad you liked the video

@@denarondeau9891 Dear Dena. I suggest you contact the College via their website www.sgconline.ac.in
Beautiful video. How does SGC fair in today's competition with other top notch boarding schools? does it still have the good reputation like it used to be? I am contemplating to send my 12 year old. Appreciate your response.
I am sorry I can't answer this question as I live in Australia
Did you get a chance to visit Wynberg Allen Clayton ? My Alma mater well loved and remembered.
Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to visit your famous alma mater
In the operning shot, you have shown a snapshot of Darjeeling. Was that done by mistake ?
I was pretty sure at the time that it is St. George's, but will investigate further. Thank you for your comment
That's St. George's in the background with the red roofs and the white buildings in front is the Jaypee Hotel. There was an old castle there belonging to the school and they sold the land and this hotel was built.
@@Lucknowchokra i meant 0:58 seconds snapshot sir !
