- This is the rehearsal for the Live Lounge, Jesy posted on her instagram saying that she had a panic atack before the performance and Perrie had to sing his part of the song.
Can we just talk about how beautiful Jesy vocals sound? She's amazing ❤️

Yeah Its sad but she is totally a queen and slayed. I mean do you imagine being able to sing like an angel after you have a panic attack? I cant relate to that.
Karolina Retana same here! I’ve had panic attacks before and always feel so drained afterwards :( idk how my strong queen kept going 🥺🥺
Why did Jesy have a panic attack?
I heard first the version where Perrie sings the first part and I was impressed because of the feeling that she puts in that part, but I have to be honest, listening here to Jesy... I like so much more this version, the perfect vibrato, her voice so deep and so full of emotion, Jesy's voice is irreplaceable and so unique.
Yeah, that’s part of why it was initially planned for her to sing this verse, but she had a panic attack shortly before, so Perrie jumped in and took the verse, so she wouldn’t have to sing through tears
The soul she puts into the song is incredible
Yeah perrie did good but I prefer Jesys version, it was more powerful and soulful. Sadly things didn’t go her way that day.

for those who dont know, they changed the first verse of jesy to perrie in the actual live lounge because she had a panic attack before hand

It’s definitely the acoustics of the room. In the live lounge they separated the sound to make it a lot more full.
i hope the harry stans eat this up and little mix get the exposure they deserve!!!

I love the fact that in the live performance, though Jessy couldn't make it, Perry sang it differently from what Jessy did in the rehearsal, respecting the way Jessy had planned for her bit and adapting it to her style. Tbh Little Mix is the best girl band from our generation. Long live these queens

Very sad and heartbreaking what Jesy is going through right now, especially with the panic attack that happened before the real performance of this.
It’s understandable that she needs a break to get her mental health issues worked out, and all we can do is hope for the best. And hope she gets better soon.

Compared to Jade using her full voice on that last part of the verse i love this one better. For me it is best to sing it gentle throughout the first verse. For me it worked better like that. On the side note didn't know about Jesy's sudden panic attack before the actual performance nor Jesy supposedly singing the first half of the first verse but for some reason it does make sense that Jesy was originally the one starting the song lol idk why but it does sounded right. Anyway still love the actual performance, as always all of them killed it!

Jesy should of stayed singing the first part her voice fits it then jade came in perrie voice to strong for the first verse jesy voice hits the soul

Yeah perries voice wasn’t the best for that part but maybe it was a last min thing. Jesy sang that part so amazing and she definitely fit it much better, both her and perrie have husky voices but jesy has a better style of singing IMO. Perrie should have lightened her voice a bit but whatever the performance was great.
Her voice came in perfectly for the first verse. The vulnerability but control she had of her voice during those first few lines were incredible however I would of loved for jesy to sing it as she fit that part perfectly. I did however love how light perries voice was and she was the perfect replacement for that part.
