He’s the pet that’s bringing joy to countless people’s lives. Alfie is a therapy dog who goes into hospitals and gives sick children comfort. He recently helped four-year-old Charlie who has been suffering from a debilitating brain tumour. He would make weekly visits to lift his spirits, and with a calm temperament provide Charlie with some much-needed love. Today we are reuniting the two on our sofa before we reward Alfie with his own paw print on This Morning’s Dog Walk of Fame.
