The real problem is people refuse to read the manual and then act like everything is mysterious and unknown instead of spending the time to learn how the tools work from the official source. Or they watch an unofficial tutorial on UA-cam from someone who didn’t read the manual, and it’s wrong or just sucks.
Kudos to the team who creates these user-friendly guides. This helps promoting your product. I'm not even a music producer but I still watch them cause I have a nostalgia from FL Studio 7/8 times :D Iridium + Blake Reary - Hanging On is still my favourite song but sad it was not migrated in newest FL Studio versions )
I still have the older version FL for the purpose open the projects like that you are talking about. (Legal demo from image-line) The demo songs are always the top music for me. Iridium, JasonC, Fuego96, Lollievox, SolidInc, Zircon... Beautiful times, charming songs !We can talk with this artists today and this is great ! Best Regards 😉

I need to be pointed in the direction of someone that's willing to explain 100x more in depth than just breaking down what the knobs mean etc. If Maximus is a car, I want to know how to drive it! Not just know that "this is a door, this is a window, these are the windshield wipers, these are the tires.." and then be like NOW GO RACE IN THE DAYTONA 500! 😂

I am a Fl studio Recording Engineer and I just think you guys should represent it more as a Engineering DAW because it is my main DAW for my recording process💯‼️
Love maximus! I use it on every single song I make on the master, it works fantastic as a master compressor, or on summed busses. Only thing I'm missing every now and then is just 1 extra band for real fine-tuned master compression.

maximus is great, i had to rely on 3rd party plugins for multiband compression before but i see how it works and how it's all-in-one, 'will only use this for multiband compression
Dear Image Line, its 2024, Pls make a Parametriq EQ 3 with all the features the modern third party EQs have, routing EQ bands to the peak controller is just very time consuming if i want a dynamic eq
Feature Request: Please add a feature in the next update where FL Studio shows the last known location of missing project files. It would greatly ease the process of locating missing samples, enhancing workflow. Thank you!
Welcome new person. :-) Great video, very detailed. Could you do a follow up video on the different mastering presets on maximus. e.g clear master, clear master rms, tape limiter. and the soundgoodizer presets.
😊 even though youve covered every single dial in Maximus, I am more confused after watching this tutorial, not to diminish the effort to explain all of this. Please, make real life examples of Mastering 3 tracks using Maximus, it would do a lot of good for the world. If a Flstudio user moves every single dial, they will most certainly ruin their tracks. You did not go over presets, which I think are paramount. Other Flsudio plugins have great presets as well, not all of us are sound engineers.
Ah Image Line, your plugins are amazing but not being able to use them outside FL on Mac upsets me so much - I’d buy Maximus, Sytrus, and Harmor in a heartbeat if you released them on Mac
I know this is off subject but I have a question maybe someone can answer. I made a track in piano roll but then noticed the notes didn't match the rest of the song. I moved the notes to where they need to be but the pitch bends won't move with them. Is there a way to make them move with the notes? It will take forever to move each pitch bend manually.
@@hugosantos1476 Foobar2000, there is a VST extension for it. I think there is one for Winamp too. Sadly there is nothing for VLC. Would be great if I could give movies the Maximus treatment too.

my favorite use for maximus is as a soft limiter using the saturator, it sounds so loud yet clean
