Notes:
Tengen can be replaced with Igris.
This is possible with only 5 slots. (Tengen, Vegeta, Crocodile, Takarada, and Speedwagon).
This MIGHT be possible with only 4 slots. (Tengen, Vegeta, Takarada, and Speedwagon).
4 slots probably requires MAX ASCENSION, and ALMOST PERFECT SUB-STATS.

No, he has bad range. Use sjw or cha (both evo but cha is a bit complicated to use)
