Thanks for the video. It has convinced me to get the Ooni 16, as there does not seem to be much room in the 12 to turn the pizza.
That cooks so quickly. I love pizza but if no delivery from Pizza Hut I cook frozen ones lol but they do not look like that!!! Good review. Xxxxx.
Thanks so much! It’s a great oven ❤
Thank you very much for your great video. I have purchased the koda 12 yesterday and I look forward to try it. I will follow your advice and get the bag.
How have you liked it? I like the size of that one instead of the 16.
Thank you . I really like it but I need more practice . Have a good evening.@@Chaseh1616
Thanks great review! I am thinking of buying one myself. Ooni have recently brought out a pizza oven you can use indoors as well, but it's mega expensive.
Yes I looked at the indoor one - super convenient but you really pay for it!
@@TheMummyBubble One question I would like to ask if that's ok, are the propane gas cannisters any particular model or size for the Ooni 12, and where do you get them? I'm thinking hardware store. Thanks for your help.
very nice
Looks good, just a few tips: don't add toppings on the pizza peel and also don't press/stretch it there (like that at least), as it can make the dough stick into the peel.
Why?
@@adamellistutorials The more time your dough spends on the peel, the higher chance it has to stick, especially if working with 70%+ hydration.
Isn't that why she floured the peel?
What dough mix do do you use?
I either make from scratch or use Ooni's New York dough mix 👍
Without a temperature check of the stone (to be as hot as 750 F or 400C) you won't be sure you will cook the bottom of the pizza. Setting the gas a the middle to low setting unlikely will get the stone at the right temperature
I’ve not had any issues with temp this since getting the oven but it is on my list to get a thermometer
Why pizza always burnt in ooni
If your pizza is burning you're leaving it in too long, it needs less than a minute, less than 30 seconds even, to cook
@@TheMummyBubble The middle part is ok but the side layer always get burnt dark spot, unlike any brand shop pizza..
