To Damo together with Master.

This video was shot in 2016 in the surroundings of Shaolin Monastery. It was a rising way to the mountain top, where there is a cave of the first Chan-Buddhism patriarch and the founder of the Chan teaching - the patriarch Damo’s (Bodhidharma) cave.
Besides two international groups of students, the group of Chinese practitioners has also come to Master Xu Mingtang’s summer retreat. This group has united the graduates from the Kundawell Institute.
