Going over the handlebars was likely because the brake levers are on the opposite side. At least they are on the one I've just had delivered, left hand controls the front brake. Not sure whether this is specific to my bk35 or if reviewers either a) arent aware or b) limit negative feedback as ive watched a number of reviews all of which seem to have had the bike FOC so may be a bias there. Ive unfortunately had a number of issues with mine.
Great vlog dave love the bike mite get one after Christmas when I get my Christmas money was going to get a car but looks better getting it but just Wood not use it in the winter though again Great vlog buddy well cool
Crikey Dave, those brakes are rather temperamental. Flying over the handlebars is not a good look. Did you hurt yourself when you braked? I thought the golden rule when braking on a bike was, always apply the back brakes first before the front brakes to slow the momentum.
@ thanks, though I’d be a bit worried as the battery doesn’t look like it has much protection from the elements. I’m needing something for everyday use so I’m not sure but otherwise I think the bike looks great.
